Help us celebrate Tulip time and be part of our Colouring In Competition!
The competition is for children aged 3 to 5 years. Let those imaginations fly free! There's a $100 book voucher to be won. The competition closes Wednesday 18 September, 2019.
Winners will be announced on Tuesday 24 September, 2019.
All you need to do is print off and complete the entry form, colour in the basket of tulips and hand in to a library branch.
