Help Shape Our Future: Wingecarribee Libraries Strategic Plan

We’re excited to launch the development of a new Library Plan for Wingecarribee and we want you to have your say.

Our libraries are much more than books and borrowing. They are places of connection, learning, creativity, and discovery. To keep them relevant, vibrant and responsive to our community, we’re planning ahead for the next five years, and your feedback is a critical part of this.

How You Can Share Feedback:

1. Online: Visit Participate Wingecarribee here to share your ideas or complete the online survey.
2. In person: Drop by your local library branch and contribute at our interactive feedback stations during opening hours.

Consultation Period & Closing Date:

• Community consultation (online and in-person) runs from Monday 22 September to Monday 17 November 2025.
• Be sure to share your ideas before 17 November 2025 to have them included in the draft plan.

What Happens Next

• After the feedback window closes, we’ll analyse what you’ve told us and draft the plan (Nov 2025 – Feb 2026).
• The draft will then go to public exhibition for another round of comments before it’s finalised.
• The final Plan is expected to be adopted by Council in mid-2026.
