National Archives of Australia presents: Caring for your collection at home
This presentation will explain some of the common risks facing collections stored in the home and share a range of preservation strategies and techniques that can be applied to protect important documents and items.
The NAA will provide basic advice for the care of personal archives, paper based and photographic materials, digital collections and also touch on a variety of common collection items.
Following the talk, from 2.45-3.30pm some short consultations will be made available to members of the public. Please contact library staff on 1300 266 235 or libweb@wsc.nsw.gov.au, including details of your item, to book in for these short consultations.
