Newly Upgraded and Expanded Online Research Tools

Three of the Library's online research tools have been upgraded and expanded to include new and exciting full-text resources.

Most of our databases can be accessed from home with your Library card and PIN, making them an ideal research resource for school homework and assignments outside of library hours.

Academic Search Premier (upgraded from Academic Search Elite). Everything in Academic Search Elite, plus an additional 3,000 full-text magazines & journals.

Literary Reference Centre Plus (upgraded from Literary Reference Centre). Everything in Literary Reference Center, plus 1,400 additional full-text literary reference books, 265 additional full-text literary magazines and journals, 40 unique critical insights volumes, 40 full-text literary study guides, and 74 literary videos pertaining to classic literary works and authors.

MasterFILE Complete (upgraded from MasterFILE Premier). Everything in MasterFILE Premier database, plus an additional 490 full-text magazines & journals, including Architectural Digest, Audiofile, Boating Life, Bon Appetit, Coastal Living, Conde Nast Traveller, Cooking Light, Dirt Rider, Geographical, Glamour, GQ, The Hollywood Reporter, Hot Rod, MacUser, Motor Trend, National Geographic Traveler, PC Pro, Popular Astronomy, Science Illustrated and 100s more. Additional 500 full-text books.
