Hoopla allows you to borrow movies, music, eAudiobooks, eBooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV! Titles can be streamed immediately or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. Hoopla is like having your library at your fingertips. Anytime. Anywhere.

How many items can I borrow?
Library members can borrow up to 8 titles per month.
Loan Periods:
- Movies and TV: 3-day loan
- Music: 7-day loan
- Audiobooks: 21-day loan
- Graphic Novels and eBooks: 21-day loan
- Comic Books: 21-day loan
How do I access Hoopla?
Download the free Hoopla app from the App Store or the Google Play Store
Search for Wingecarribee Shire Council, log in with your library card number and four-digit PIN.
Getting Started
- Download the app or visit the Hoopla website
- If you're logging in for the first time, select Get Started
- Search for Wingecarribee Shire Council and select next
- Enter your Library Card Number and four-digit PIN
- Enter an email and create a password and agree to the Terms and Conditions
